- Throw out the chaos: get rid of the mounds of paper and stuff you just don't need or ever use.
- Let go of what happened in the past. It's just not worth it.
- Turn over a new leaf with your diet. It's time to eat fresh living greens and cut out white sugar and white flour. Eat in concert with the season!
- In harmony with Spring rains, drink more water!
- Venture outside the ordinary and try something new.
